Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OvalKings' suit rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Rental Agreement

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due before or at the time of suit collection
• We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date of collection and ends on the agreed return date. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Care and Responsibility

Renter's Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Taking reasonable care of the rented suit
• Returning the suit in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted)
• Notifying us immediately of any damage or loss
• Returning all items included with the rental (suit, accessories, hangers, etc.)

Damage and Loss

In case of damage or loss, you will be charged for repair or replacement costs. Minor wear and tear is expected and acceptable.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund

Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Fitting and Alterations

We provide fitting services and minor alterations at no additional cost. However, extensive alterations may incur additional charges. We recommend scheduling a fitting appointment to ensure the best fit.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OvalKings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of OvalKings and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
